Hi all,
Karlos here! This is my first post so please excuse any bad grammer or my dodgy writing style!
I'm a 25 year old native of the Republic of Ireland and I'm moving to Toronto for a year in October 2005. In Ireland I work in administration but my real passion is coaching soccer. I'm a registered coach with the Football Assocation of Ireland, The English Football Association and also the NSCAA in North America. I'm hoping that when I come to Toronto in October, I'll be able to get involved in the local soccer scene in some capacity at any age group.
I coached in Boston, Massachusetts back in 2003 and it's probably been my most enjoyable coaching experience so far. I believe it was great for me and also the team I was involved with to be working with someone from a different country with different ideas and philosophies on the beautiful game.
I've a couple of months before moving to Toronto so I intend to get involved on this forum to make some new friends in your soccer scene. I look forward to getting to know some more of you online and sharing our footballing knowledge and experiences and would love to contribute some articles on the soccer scene here in Ireland if anyone is interested. I noticed the picture gallery also and have a lot of photos that I may upload at a later date
Take care
Karlos
