A friend said they got kicked off by a permit last Thursday, then he ended up playing with others at Balfour Park just a few blocks to the south.

The week prior to that, a permit holder came at 6:30.

So ... get there as early as possible, and if no-one is there come check Balfour Park!

I will try and be there at 5:15 or earlier.
