Jose, I hope you found this. (I hope I remembered/spelled your name right too).

Definitely want to hear your reports of which weekdays/weekend-hours the turf field is available (other than Thursdays which we know is crowded with pickup teams..)

(Jose is someone we met there last Thursday, he just moved in to a unit overlooking the field...)

Anyone else in the area know what other days of the week perhaps aren't so crowded?

Okay. Jose doesn't have internet, but I ran into him again last week, and here is what he reports:

Deer Park School's turf field is *always* busy, 7 days a week.

On the weekdays it is not so busy between 4-5, between 5-6 it's probably perfect (enough people for a game, not too many), but at 6pm it starts getting crowded.

PS: If it's really crowded on Thursdays (or any day it looks like), go south 3 blocks to David Balfour park. Some of us might be playing there instead of having 3 or 4 teams rotating at Deer Park.

how about weekend mornings? or afternoons?

this past tuesday (29th) it was busy with little midgets:p. at around 6pm. rumors have it that they have it 7days/week after 6-dark.

Hmmm, maybe I should stop in at the school office and ask about the field schedule - just to see who has what permits when...
